Can you accommodate food allergies?
We do our best to accommodate guests with food allergies. The most reliable step is to visit our allergen webpage to understand what items exclude select allergens (top 9). Inform your server about your allergy before ordering so the kitchen can be notified. Because ingredients and recipes can change, we recommend confirming details for your specific item each visit. Do you offer a gluten-free or gluten-sensitive crust?
Yes. We offer a classic gluten-free and crispy cauliflower crust for 14″ pizzas. Keep in mind that our kitchen prepares fresh pizza dough daily, made from high-gluten flour, so while we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free product. Guests with celiac disease or severe gluten sensitivity should let our team know so we can share what precautions are and aren’t possible.
What specific ingredients are in your gluten-free crusts?
The ingredients in our gluten-free dough include water, tapioca starch, white rice flour, sweet rice white flour, olive oil, beet sugar, xanthan gum, yeast and apple cider vinegar. Parry’s started in Colorado and we are proud to partner with Sweet Escape for our gluten-free dough. Our cauliflower crust consists of cauliflower, low moisture mozzarella cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzyme), tapioca starch, rice flour, rice starch, egg whites, modified rice starch, contains less than 2% of the following: cane sugar, yeast, salt, garlic powder, spices, xanthan gum, cultured brown rice, brown rice flour, citric acid, lactic acid.
Do you use a separate preparation area, utensils, and cutting tools for gluten-free pizzas?
We take many steps to ensure the things in our control are executed. We use a designated pizza cutter and we prepare the gluten-free pizzas on their original paper. However, we do not have separate ovens, utensils or pizza toppings. Some contact with ingredients containing gluten is probable.
Do you have vegetarian and vegan options?
Yes to both. Many of our pizzas, salads, pastas, and starters are vegetarian or can be made vegetarian by leaving off meat toppings. For vegan diners, pizzas and salads can be customized without cheese or other animal products. Use the search and filter tools in the nutrition table above to review items.
How accurate are the nutritional values?
Nutrition values are based on standard recipes, ingredients, and serving sizes, and are intended as a general guide. Because items are made to order and can be customized, and because suppliers and recipes occasionally change, actual values may vary. 2,000 calories a day is used for general nutrition advice, but individual calorie needs differ.
