Temporary Dine-In Seating Closure
An Important Update to the Parry’s Community:
Due to continued coronavirus (COVID-19) safety concerns, all Parry’s restaurants will temporarily be offering take-out, pick-up and delivery service only. This change is effective beginning today (Tuesday, March 17). This change pertains to our eight Colorado locations as well as our location in The Colony, TX. Our Charlotte, NC location resumed delivery and takeout service on Monday, April 27.
Additionally, our restaurants will be maintaining modified take-out, pick-up and delivery hours, opening daily at 11am and closing at 8pm Sunday-Thursday and 9pm Friday and Saturday until further notice. Online orders for future pick-up or delivery can be placed at any time. Click here to start an online order.
We appreciate your understanding during this time – it’s our intention for Parry’s to remain a safe, reliable, and high-quality meal option for you and your family over the coming weeks, whether you’re at home or your place of employment.
We will continue to take every measure possible to ensure the safety of our food and the health of our employees and guests. We plan to reevaluate this change within the next 30 days and will continue to update you.
Thanks for your continued support of Parry’s!
Sincerely,
Jon Hook, CEO

To our valued guests, employees and community at Parry’s:
Your wellbeing is our number one concern. We’re proud of the communities we serve, and we want you to know that we are committed to doing everything within our power to help limit the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and any other widely spread illnesses including the seasonal flu and cold.
With this goal in mind, we implemented additional precautionary measures at all of our locations early last week to help secure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees. These (along with policies and procedures that were already in place) include:
• Strict enforcement of our sick employee policy with the addition of daily wellness checks. Employees showing any signs of cold, flu or respiratory illness are prohibited from working.
• Employees must thoroughly wash hands before starting work and any time after using the restroom, cleaning tables, pre-bussing dishes, handling trash or changing gloves. Gloves continue to be used for all food handling.
• Additional hand sanitization stations have been installed at all restaurants for guest and employee usage.
• Tables, chairs, bar tops and menus are thoroughly sanitized before each new guest is seated and a full-restaurant sanitation of all surfaces (low-high use) is performed no less than twice daily.
• For our self-delivery restaurants, all vehicle surfaces that come into contact with food packaging and any frequently touched vehicle surfaces are sanitized between every delivery.
We are following all CDC and local public health guidelines as well. Please know, the safety, sanitation and preparedness of our restaurants is our highest priority at this time.
As the situation develops, it may be necessary for our restaurants to implement additional preventative measures to ensure guest wellbeing, including staffing or service changes. However, we will provide open and clear communication if these steps become necessary at any of our locations.
Thank you for being a loyal Parry’s supporter. Our communities are strong, and we’ll get through this together!
Sincerely,
Jon Hook, CEO
